Can I get a do-over of the last two weeks please?
The blog-o-sphere is rife at the moment with how to nail January, how to get organised, get fit, eat healthy, do all the things and I'm just over here like, can I not be ill for just ten minutes, thanks.
So yeah, everyone is now all "haha, laters January, I got so much done!" and I think I need a time turner. Even writing this post is taking up a considerable amount of energy. And the cats are play fighting so that's another...
Don't get me wrong, this month has been the month of loose planning, things that need to be done, things to look forward to - none of which are in January itself. It's been like one of those lists you make, of lists you need to make. Make any sense?
I don't even know what this post is, or where I am going or what the point is. Maybe, it's okay if you haven't got your shit 100% handled. You're not alone? I haven't got it together either, Maybe February will be more proactive?
One thing, I've managed to frame three out of ten prints from my collectors edition version of Tales of Beedle the Bard (yes I am a super Harry Potter nerd, and yeah I feel pretty smug years later I managed to nab one when it first came out.) Can anyone else remember this? I've been meaning to frame them forever but only just pulled out a measuring tape to see what frames will fit. God bless Wilko for a simple black frame and white mount.
Seven more to go, which I'm putting off because I'm running out of room on shelves which means making holes in the wall. I'm thinking though that a gallery style wall behind our sofa would be pretty sick...
But we failed on an epic early spring clean because of the bug that has kindly decided to ricochet through the household. Cheers, cold. Ups and downs again.
These two are just pure joy when you're ill, there is nothing quite like a literal cat nap with two furry companions.
So tell me, what have you managed to get done and what have you not managed to tick off the list?
